4 bolt flanges

Redback 4x4 Extreme Duty features 4 bolt, 10mm thick flanges, with through flange pipe connection.

Typical Competitor 2 bolt, 8mm flanges, flush face pipe connection.

Hanger and mount brackets

Redback 4x4 Extreme Duty features Custom pressed, OE style, 3mm thick hanger and mount brackets. Welded to support sleeves, not directly to pipe.

Plated hanger and mount brackets

Redback 4x4 Extreme Duty features, genuine DIESEL 200 CPI catalytic converters, 3” mandrel bent aluminised pipe retaining all original mount points.

O2 sensor and EGT bosses

Redback 4x4 Extreme Duty features, both 02 Sensor boss and 1/4" NPT boss for EGT probe.

Hi temperature coating

Redback 4x4 Extreme Duty systems are fully coated with high temperature paint rated to 600°C.
