RustSeal painting over rust
RustSeal painting over rustRustSeal is specifically formulated to stop and encapsulate existing rust and corrosion, and prevent new surfaces from developing rust. The coating has a low initial viscosity that wets and penetrates the surface to the origin of the rust. By using it’s moisture curing mechanism, RustSeal combines with atmospheric moisture to start the curing process of the resins expanding and interlocking within the pores of the rust. This unique process literally enables the coating to galvanize itself to the material, becoming an integral part of the surface.
